This policy explains how to cancel an order, what happens after a cancellation is confirmed, and what options are available if your order has already shipped.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will stop processing your order and issue a full refund at no charge.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

We cannot cancel an order once it has left our warehouse. However, you can return it within 90 days of delivery under our standard return policy:

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately if you ordered the wrong item. If the order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place the correct one. If it has already shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Cancellations by Vitcher LLC

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:

• The item is out of stock or no longer available
• We are unable to verify your payment details
• We are unable to confirm your shipping address
• There is a pricing or listing error on the product

If we cancel your order for any reason, you will be notified immediately by email and a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

• Your full payment will be refunded to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
• Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account
