Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Small and medium items typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing. Large items — such as gazebos, pergolas, and outdoor storage sheds — ship by freight and typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Track your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your order number in the Order Status section on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders with no minimum order required.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Orders placed before 11:00 PM CST (UTC−6) on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.

Yes. Oversized items — including gazebos, pergolas, outdoor storage sheds, and deck boxes — ship by freight carrier. These orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment before arrival. You must be available to receive the shipment. Delivery is curbside — not inside your home or garage.

We do not support multiple shipping addresses in a single order. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.

If your package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a full refund.

Payments & Orders

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers.

We do not currently offer financing or payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Yes. All pages on vitcher.com are SSL-encrypted. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant providers and your full card number is never stored on our servers.

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible at Contact@vitcher.com or +1 (712) 217-4726. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned under our 90-day return policy.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 90 days of delivery. Returns are free — we provide a prepaid return label for all approved returns. There are no restocking fees.   • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover all return shipping and provide a free prepaid return label.
  • For change-of-mind returns — we also provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.

In all cases, once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fees, processed within 7 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return — within 72 hours of receipt — your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a full refund including original shipping fees. We do not charge restocking fees.

Warranty & Products

All products sold on vitcher.com are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and coverage vary by brand and product. For full details, see our Warranty Information page.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship, defective parts, and structural or mechanical failures under normal residential use. They generally do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Contact us at Contact@vitcher.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where applicable. We will coordinate with the manufacturer to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.

We do not sell replacement parts directly. However, if your product is under warranty, the manufacturer may be able to ship replacement parts to you. Contact us at Contact@vitcher.com and we will help coordinate this.
