Return Eligibility

You may return any item within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept returns on both defective and non-defective products, provided the item is in new or like-new condition.

How to Request a Return

  • Contact us first: Email Contact@vitcher.com or call +1 (712) 217-4726. If your item arrived damaged or defective, include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.
  • Wait for approval: We will review your request and send return instructions. Do not ship the item back until you have received written approval from us.
  • Ship the item: Once approved, use any trackable and insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). A valid tracking number is required for all returns.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label at no charge.
  • For change-of-mind or non-defective returns — we also provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item — within 72 hours of receipt — your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees under any circumstances.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items — No Return Required

If your item arrived defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, you do not need to return it. Email us at Contact@vitcher.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Whether you prefer a replacement or a full refund

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you choose.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Contact@vitcher.com or +1 (712) 217-4726. Orders can be canceled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
