Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on all orders — including large freight items. No hidden fees, no minimum order required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 PM CST (UTC−6) will be processed the following business day.

Standard Delivery — Small and Medium Items

Freight Delivery — Large and Oversized Items

Some products — including gazebos, pergolas, outdoor storage sheds, and deck boxes — require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

• Transit Time: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the freight carrier.
• Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. You must be available to receive the shipment.
• Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver to your curb or driveway — not inside your home or garage.
• Inspect Before Signing: Always inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt before you sign — this is required to protect your claim rights.

Warehouse Location

All orders ship from our warehouse in Ida Grove, Iowa, USA.

Multiple Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. For deliveries to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Order Status and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at Contact@vitcher.com with your name and order number.

Returns and Exchanges
