All products sold on vitcher.com are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Vitcher LLC is an independent authorized retailer — we do not issue our own manufacturer warranties, but we actively assist you in filing and resolving warranty claims with the brand.

What Warranties Typically Cover

What Warranties Typically Do Not Cover
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or use
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering over time
- Damage from extreme weather events, accidents, or misuse
- Modifications or alterations made to the product after purchase
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
- Commercial use of products rated for residential use only
- Damage caused by failure to follow the manufacturer's care and maintenance guidelines
How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us first — we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf so you do not have to navigate the process alone.
- Step 1 — Contact us: Email Contact@vitcher.com or call +1 (712) 217-4726 with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable.
- Step 2 — We review your claim: We will assess your claim and confirm whether it falls within the manufacturer's warranty coverage.
- Step 3 — Resolution: Depending on the issue and the manufacturer's terms, we will arrange a replacement part, a full product replacement, or a refund. For defective items, you generally do not need to return the product.
Defective Items — No Return Required
If your product arrived defective or developed a fault covered under the manufacturer's warranty, you do not need to ship it back to us. Email Contact@vitcher.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and your preferred resolution (replacement or refund). We will handle the rest.
